Bella Kalmia has all items you see on the website on hand. All orders placed Mon - Fri before 6pm Central time will ship out the next day. Any orders placed Mon - Fri after 6pm Central time will ship out within 1-2 days after order date.
Tracking numbers are issued the next business day. Please be sure to check your email for tracking numbers.
All orders ship out priority 2-3 day shipping. Most orders will require your in person signature for delivery.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. And for orders that require a signature in the event that you are not present to sign your order will not be left on your doorstep or mailbox, you will have to make arrangements with your local USPS to have your package redelivered or you will need to pick it up from your post office.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost. Please allow 3-5 business days for Bella Kalmia to inspect the returned package and issue a refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
