Bella Kalmia wants you to always be totally happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times a piece needs to be returned/ exchanged. But don't you worry Bella Babe! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date.
Please note that we currently do not offer refunds on any items.
The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
Conditions:

Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.

No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

Swimwear / Cover-ups

Visibly Worn items

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
