What To Do If Your Package Is Lost Or Stolen

Bella Kalmia does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  Once your package has been scanned into the USPS system, your package is in their hands.

Each order is shipped out priority mail & insured and given a usps tracking number.  It is your responsibility to track your order and make sure that you are available to receive your package. Or make arrangements with your serving post office to pick up your package.  Most of our packages will require a signature for delivery and since we ship out insured and priority mail, you can MOST DEFINITELY file a claim with your local post office.  

Bella Kalmia will not submit a claim on your behalf but In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office to submit a claim.  Bella Kalmia will assist you in every way possible with whatever info you will need to submit your claim.
